Huntsman Tioxide has opened a new €58 million pigment plant at Greatham, UK. The new plant, ICON 2, will produce white pigments for the paint and plastics industries and will employ approximately 250 people. The facility, which became fully operational in early October, will increase overall product capacity at Greatham to 100,000 tons a year.
